Yamaha PSR-510 Difference in Left & Right Speaker Levels

I have a PSR-510 Yamaha keyboard and the left side of the speaker is considerably more quiet than the right. I thought maybe it was a speaker, so I tried headphones, and the left side of my headphones were also more quiet than the right. So I concluded that the problem is not the speaker. Please help if you have any information on how to fix this. I bought it as a gift for my daughters birthday. Thank you.
