Yamaha P-45 Keys With No Sound

I just bought a new Yamaha P-45 digital keyboard. The last 3-4 keys on the top end seem to have no sound. I tried changing the sensitivity setting, but it seemed to do nothing. Any idea the problem on a new piano?
