My Yamaha P255 doesn't sound as good as in videos..

So I just got myself the P255 and I am 100% certain that my settings are not correct on the piano as it sounds muffled and doesn't capture the string resonance or natural humming after a note. It feels like each note has a different level of clarity so to speak.

I have tried resetting the piano to factory settings and tweaked with the equalizer, but to no avail. Does this happen to anybody else? I would be happy if someone could help me out :)
