Yamaha PSRE463 - Loud Beat Sounds When Trying to Record

I am trying to record my playing on a Yamaha psrE463. As soon as I start the recording, a loud beat starts and ruins my recording, I can’t figure out what it is to turn it off. It only occurs when trying to record.
