It sounds like you are having trouble with the touchscreen on your Yamaha PSR SX700 keyboard. There are a few potential reasons for this issue:

The touchscreen is damaged: If the touchscreen is cracked or otherwise physically damaged, it may not function properly. In this case, you may need to have the touchscreen repaired or replaced.

The touchscreen is dirty: If the touchscreen is dirty or covered with fingerprints, it may not function correctly. Try cleaning the touchscreen with a soft, dry cloth to see if this fixes the problem.

The touchscreen is not calibrated: Some keyboards have a calibration setting that allows you to adjust the touchscreen's sensitivity. If the calibration is off, the touchscreen may not function correctly. You can try calibrating the touchscreen to see if this fixes the problem.

There is a problem with the keyboard's software: If the keyboard's software is corrupt or not up to date, it may cause the touchscreen to function improperly. You can try updating the software or restoring the keyboard to its factory settings to see if this fixes the problem.

I hope these suggestions help you to fix the issue with the touchscreen on your Yamaha PSR SX700 keyboard. If you are unable to resolve the problem, it may be a good idea to contact Yamaha for further assistance.
