is it possible to get a new product id issued as mine is wrong and the download won't work?

The flyer containing the product-ID was not in the package, but is necessary to fully register and then to download the songbook. How can I get my product-ID ? Contacted my dealer and yamaha support in vain so far.
Any ideas ?

Go to site https://member.yamaha.com/, type login and password, clic link My product and link See My Products and choose the download option.

I too worried about this but the next time I got on the Yamaha online members site after registering it was there. So maybe you need to return to the site later to get the downloads.

I had the same problem. You can locate the Songbook when you register your product. In order to see the songbook you MUST enter your Product ID. If you do not enter your product ID, then nothing appears. Once you enter the product ID, the songbook automatically appears when you select My Product. I hopes this helps. It took me many hours of research to find it.
