YAMAHA Motif XF8 Sticky keys

I have faced a problem that happens to BH series hammer action keys. After a while (3-4 years some keys start being sticky and do not respond to the touch like they did before.

I have read many reviews and advice about replacing the sticky key with a new one. But I am not sure it is a certain repair solution.
If anybody has had such a problem and he could take over it, please share and advise!
