Yamaha keyboard PSR-EW Series in France

I'd like to purchase either the 300 or 410 model of this Yamaha PSR-EW series as a gift for my aunt (a St Paul de Chartres nun) in France. My question is how is the power issue in France: Can I just purchase a European adapter-plug for the keyboard model and she can use it in France or should I purchase a power-converter to convert from US 110v to Europe 220-240v?
