Yamaha DJX Keyboard Review

The Yamaha DJX keyboard focuses primarily on dance music. Its sounds and styles are focused on music styles such as Hip-Hop, Techno, Rap, Rave, and Dance music. So it is a keyboard for the youth. A keyboard for those interested in that kind of contemporary music. It was in 1998 that this portable keyboard was introduced.

Highly Recommended: Go here for the BEST piano/keyboard course I’ve seen on the Internet.

The Yamaha DJX keyboard comes with 61 full size keys and stereo speakers. It is General MIDI compatible and includes an internal GM voice set. Are you interested in a music keyboard that you can easily add batteries to and take along with you, without having to worry about how you're gonna connect it? Then you will be delighted with a Yamaha music keyboard like the Yamaha DJX portable keyboard.

You will find as many as 100 styles in the DJX keyboard. 50 of these styles are in the Rap, Hip Hop and R&B department. The other 50 are styles such as Techno and Rave. These styles offer superb quality. The Rap, Hip Hop and R&B styles were developed in the US, while Techno and Rave styles were developed in Europe. So as you can see they were developed in their places of origin. I guess Yamaha wanted these styles to be as authentic as possible.

So the DJX keyboard is really for those who are interested in dance music. This keyboard can go a long way in helping you develop in the contemporary music department. With so many different styles to choose from, you will better understand these genres of music. You will learn a lot.

As to how available this music keyboard is, I'm not sure. Last time I checked, it was not available. However, there are several Yamaha portable and Yamaha PSR keyboards available today that include the contemporary styles you need. You can check them out online today.
