YAMAHA DGX660 Sound Doesn't Work After Connecting to Piano Courses Software

No sound comes out of my digital piano after connecting to Playground Session, a fine music software platform for all ages.

I use a usb to host cable to connect to my computer. It was as if the software didn't want to use my sound voicing. I'm really bewildered. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
