Yamaha CLP-430R Sound Issue

I have a 2013 Yamaha CLP-430R that my sound is intermittent from the headphone jacks or out put jacks. Also, the external speaker has started doing the same. Has anyone else experienced these opportunities and if so, how did you resolve them? Thank You
