Yamaha CLP-170 - Faint overtone/ringing/harmonic on note D3

When playing note D3 on my wife's 1 year-old CLP-170 there is a faint overtone or ringing or harmonic (not sure how to describe) that sounds along with the note after a slight delay. Although not horribly noticeable it is still annoying...particularly when the note is being held. No other notes do this. (It has been this way since new.)

I assume this will require a factory repair, but thanks for any thoughts!
