Transitioning from Yamaha MOX8

I currently own a Yamaha MOX8, which is starting to get old and beaten up from many a gig and travel. The thing is that over the course of many years, I've made a LOT of performances in the performance section, as well as a lot of custom presets. I'm planning on upgrading, but I'm worried about losing all my data. How is the backwards compatibility on the MOXF8? Alternatively, are there other keyboards out there that will be compatible with the data from my MOX8?
