Switching back and forth to multiple voices - Yamaha CVP709

I cannot find a way to switch back and forth between voices. For instance start with main voice on piano, press a pedal switch to flute, press the same or another pedal and switch to guitar, press another pedal switch back to back to a choice of flute or piano.

I've used two pedals one each on and off main and layer but that limits to two selections and requires pressing two pedals for each change.
