Restore bricked flash yamaha psr 295

Hi everyone,

I have been using a yamaha psr 295 for quite some. Recently due to an overvoltage the keyboard's power supply got burnt. After this the keyboard's LCD does power up but the keys are unresponsive. After getting it checked from a local technician, he suggests that the flash has been erased. Is there a way to reprogram the flash of the keyboard ?
