Missing the tone, "E“ on Yamaha EZ-220

Hi there,

On my keyboard EZ-220 the Tone „E“ is missing.
Pressing any respective key, no sound comes out.
All other tones are still working.
Is it a problem with the contact pads, too.
Any hints are welcome.

Not sure when you posted this so wondering if you have resolved this as we are having the same problem on the exact same model. All È keys have stopped sounding, occasionally seem to get sound back but mostly nothing, all other tones working fine.
Looking for how to sort this problem.
