songbook for yamaha psr e323

In the owner's manual says: "A songbook is available that includes scores for all internals songs (excpeting songs 1-3). To obtain this Song Book, complete the user registration at the following website:

i already have completed the registry but i can't find this book, can anyone help me with this?

my owner's manual mentions easy chords at the bottom of page 25. but it does not tell which buttons to press to get them. please give details.

Can anyone please tell me if it is possible to change
1 The voice and
2 The volume

of one finger chords on the PSR E323

Mine seems set on organ and very loud!
