Yamaha PSR 275 Saving Function Settings

by Devin
(NY)

I'm wondering if there's a way to save function settings to the keyboard, so that I don't have to press through the function menu 20 times to turn off the reverb if I lose power, for instance. Is there a way I can make it default that there is no reverb?

Dear Devin: Following my earlier post, today,if you have your Manual, on page 57 it insinuates that a Sequencer (additional) is needed to record a "snapshot" of settings which can subsequently be "instantly restored" on the PSR 275/273. The addition of a Sequencer would supposedly also allow you to select whatever initial setups you want. Hope this answers your questions.

PSR 275 Function Settings

Dear Devin: I own, and am new to a PSR 273. The Manual indicates it is the same as the PSR 275, but nowhere does it make mention of Registration Memory which I know from my other keyboard (a PSR E 403) does what you are asking. While I'm still going through the "experimental stages" of this keyboard's features, I'm afraid I won't find a solution. Maybe some other member will come to our rescue. Good luck and keep well.
