Yamaha CVP-201 static / white noise type of hissing

Hi, I am new to this forum and I am looking for some advice / guidance. My cvp-201 has started hissing when either "reverb" or "effect" is selected and a key depressed.

Similarly if an accompaniment is selected the hissing starts as reverb or effect automatically selected.

Turning off the reverb and effect and using just the piano it works perfectly well.

Any guidance would be helpful.
