Yamaha CLP 115 Demo, Metronome and Voice buttons are dead

Hello,

I have a CLP115 and the three buttons on the left are dead, no lights and they dont perform their functions at all. I tried doing a factory reset and full factory reset. No luck. Its as though those buttons dont even have power anymore. Can anyone help me? Is this an issue for a repair shop?
