the keyboard pressure sound is irritating.. doesn't have a piano feel at all

When I moved to a new state I had to give up my baby grand piano that was used in the half time show in 1988 at the Super Bowl. My piano was white. I was assured when I ordered this DGX 660 that there would be a piano keyboard feel but I am disgusted with the sound the keys themselves make when you press them. Sounds like a cheap keyboard you could get for $100 at Best Buy. Is there a way to correct this? I have about decided to put this model up for sale
