How to get Register Save done on a USB Stick - Yamaha DGX 640

Hi. I have a Yamaha DGX 640. I try to copy and transfer the data (information) from the instrument to a USB key to use in Yamaha Expansion Manager, but it appears a message SAVE DATA IS NOT FOUNT. The main objective is to be able to use the expansions downloaded to my instrument via the USB disk. please help me
