cvp-505 not connecting to Yamaha Internet Page

My CVP-505 will not display the Yamaha Internet Home Page. All on-screen indicators say it is online, but all I get is a blank page that says at the bottom that the page has been displayed. This used to work fine, but no matter what I do I cannot connect to the webpage. I've tried resetting everything (including the piano itself) and nothing works.

Does anyone have a solution or suggestion?
