clunking keys

The keys on my recently purchased, used, Clavinova thunk when they return to position after being depressed. It happens to all of the keys, black and white. How do I fix this?? It is distracting to say the least.

Dear Amy: Appreciate your reply. While I'm not familiar with Clavinovas, What you describe could be attributed to worn INTERNAL noise suppressor pads along the tops of the keys. You should consider the cost of repair by a
QUALIFIED ELECTRONIC PIANO/KEYBOARD TECHNICIAN.
Weigh the cost of repair against your purchase cost and the pleasure you derive from playing. This should help you to decide. We thank you for taking the time to keep in touch, and hope you will continue to come back to this Forum any time you feel we can be of help. You will always be welcome.

Thanks for your reply, Alfred. Unfortunately, it was purchased used and I am stuck with it. Is there any hope for a repair?

Dear Anonymous: Normally I gloss over submittals by individuals who omit their ID. I am making this recommendation Only because of urgency. "RETURN THE UNIT TO THE SELLER WHILE IT IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY!!"
