Clavinova gone renegade with transpose function

A Clavinova CLP 230 in my lab is transposing A 440 to about A425. It doesn't match with the other Clavinovas. I tried the transposer ON/OFF, and holding down the low A key while switching On and Off. I love microtones, but not in class! Help!
