Yamaha YPT 410 & Musicsoft

I have a YPT410 and have down loaded the proper (?) driver and version of Musicsoft. When I open them up I get the Musicsoft screen and find my midi files on a flash drive and am able to get them to the "Tempo Stored" part of the screen. After the I'm stumped. No matter how I hold my mouth, I cannot get the "Electronic Musical Instrument" icon to expand so I can select where to store the midi's, or get the down arrow to light. When I check the connection, I'm told "It's just fine thank you... stop asking!"

I'm working on a Win 7 64 but machine and made sure what I downloaded was intended for this type machine.

The music in hymns I down loaded from various places on the Internet. In the help files I saw a list of types of music that can not be transferred from a computer to a keyboard. As many places as I down loaded from I find it hard to believe that all of these could be one of those types of files t hat can't be transferred.

If anyone has a suggestion or two, I'd appreciate it.
