my YPR-9 came with a wall plug and 6 ft cord going into a power supply - YAMAHA External Power Adapter Model PA-40 input 18W and output 10V 1A and the symbol indicating the polarity + is the center portion of the plug and - is the exterior. Then there is another 6 ft round cord going to the mini plug.
