Yamaha YPG-525 doesn't work

I just got a Yamaha YPG-525. It worked the first few times I turned it on, however now when I turn it on I just get a blue screen on the display and none of the keys work.

Any suggestions?

Mine doesn't work either!

Melissa- Have you found out any answers to your dilemma? I have had the same problem with the same keyboard! One day it just decided not to work and I've looked all over for a "reset" button or something and have found NOTHING. Anyone else?
