I love the sound and feel of this keyboard. Have been very disappointed in the support I was promised. I play the piano but need help in understanding the features. If you are not young and do not know anything about a keyboard..don't waste you money.

how do you completely erase recordings #2-5? I can erase number 1 fully.... but cannot erase 2-5 fully. please help me..
