Yamaha YDP 635 - Rotary Speaker Control

I am interested in purchasing the Yamaha YDP 635. Can you control the Hammond Organ Rotary speaker sound to go from slow to fast for a live performance? Is this keyboard pretty user friendly, or do you have to dig into menus to make changes for live performances?
