Yamaha psrs-550b - the voice control -touch feature does not work on the organ voices

i have a Yamaha psrs-550b keyboard but anythime i try to use the voice contol-touch button it doesnt do anything .normally based on your touch sensitivity settings this button is supposed to kinda lower your main voice setting volume.

Dear Mahendra: I hope you have carefully looked at the Touch Button, and noticed that it is a "press-and-hold-for-a-few-seconds" type on some Yamaha units. Holding it pressed for a few seconds
in order for the feature to kick in. I believe there are three choices (1,2 and 3) which appear in the Display. If you aware of this procedure and have tried it, you should be able to obtain the same volume for ANY & ALL VOICES you eventually select. Hope this helps. Let the Forum know if you are successful. We need your input to alert other members to the procedure they should follow. Thanks.

Hi Mahendra,

Not familiar with you kboard but does this happens with ALL voices.
You have mentioned specifically organvoices and SOME organvoices do have a FIXED volume (as far as I know special the classic type like churchorgans but I might be wrong)
