Yamaha PSR-1500: hiss pop sound

Hi,
i have PSR-1500,i've bought it three years ago.
Within these years it didn't showed any problem.

But now at the sudden there is a constant(after 5 sec)light hiss pop sound(phes phess phesss phup)coming out of speakers.
No matter volume of device is set to min or max,this noise is stable.
Connecting headphone to device makes this sound disappear in speakers but it shows up in headphone.

What could it be?
Please help me out.

Ok your Amplifier IC has gone bad. Nothing to be surprised at as sudden load sheding in pakistan and unstable volts.
Usually if you replace the i.c, the noise should go away, but if it does not, check the capacitors near the amp line and change them too.
you can do this yourself, open the unit, see the i.c with heatsink, note the number, invite a friend with soldering skill and replace it. simple.
