Hello Suneel, As all company's do (or should do) with their products when upgrading, they make things better. That is for sure the case with keyboards. From normal GM (General Midi) before, Yamaha made a great improvement with XG and Live, Sweet and Megavoices. That is model-depending. So the newer keyboards, even the cheaper ones, are sounding better than the older models. They have better electronics, better technology, better build in speakers etc. etc. And not to be forgotten more possibilities than ever before. No doubt, when you can spend more money, you can buy a more advanced keyboard. Comparing or advising a keyboard is difficult, it depends on your needs, wishes and pocketmoney. Regards Dick
