yamaha psr e403

i have a problem that when i played the music ( push start/stop button ) there no sound come out but the voice can hear..( the right hand side )

when turn on the Acmp, the there no sound came out..but the right hand side got sound.

but when turn off the ACMP and play piano mode..its sound well.

The music totally no sound.

help me

Dear Adie: As the Piano mode plays well, it indicates there probably is nothing seriously wrong with your instrument. I suggest you do a total Reset. a) TURN OFF THE KEYBOARD. b) WHILE PRESSING THE LAST WHITE KEY AND THE LAST THREE BLACK KEYS TO THE RIGHT OF THE KEYBOARD, TURN THE KEYBOARD ON. This returns the instrument to “Factory” condition, allowing you to set it up again. This action should cure the problem of sound being reproduced through the right side only.
