Yamaha PSR E313 usb midi driver installation

I have downloaded the driver for this keyboard, but it hasn't installed automatically - how do I install it manually? I have a usb/midi cable installed which has its own driver and which allows one way transmission - from computer to Keyboard - but musicsoft downloader hangs after transmitting one file. It won't transmit the backup file from the keyboard to the PC, even though it says the connection is ok.

Same problem for me. I have the Midisport Uno wire, and I installed the driver. But I can't find a way to make my computer detect my keyboard. Even the Musicsoft downloader cannot detect my keyboard. Thanks for your help.

I also have a Midi/USB cabel with its own driver and it doesn't work for me neither
