Yamaha PSR 630 - no sound from F# and G keys, all octaves

I get no sound from the F# and G keys on my Yamaha PSR 630. This happens on all octaves. I get a dull sound straight after I switch on, but the sound eventually disappears.

PSR 630 Octave Problem

Dear Nolan: The problem is most likely with Rubber Pads (under the Keys). It may seem curious, but Yamaha has the following operation which covers South Africa
