Yamaha PSR 550 parts.

I have a Yamaha PSR 550 that needs a part. I live in the Mexican state of Chihuahua, and I'm having difficulty finding parts online. I've asked the stores here, but none of them offer parts. Do you know of any online source? I would appreciate any help.

PSR 550 Mother Board Part # DM-X2670

The Mother board for my PSR 550 keyboard went bad and cannot be found any where. Not even on line can it be found and Yamaha USA is not willing to help
because I do not live in the USA. What kind of a company is that? Yamaha and / or its dealers in the USA are willing to sell you any of its instruments but are unwilling to help when there is a problem.I would be satisfied with the name/link of a company where I could purchase the part and ship back to my country. is this so difficult?
