Main Screen PSR 520

Dear Helmut: Refer to my post of Oct, 3 in Q & A at left of this message. You may be "playing with fire" if you try a DIY approach to your problem. Yamaha Displays are (unfortunately) expensive to replace and the work should be done either by Yamaha or an authorized technician.

Dear Helmut: Yhanks for kind words re my 10/3 post. In my haste to dispense advice I overlooked your question concerning replacement of the PSR 520 (released in 1995 by Yamaha). Depending on your budget, you can consider the following approaches. 1)Good store for keyboardsis Kraft Music (ebay@kraftmusic.com or phone 800 7833368) 2) Ebay itsewlf (under Keyboards -new & old units). If you contact Kraft, be sure to indicate your level of expertise and have them guide you as to a choice. If you go the Ebay route, take your time to understand the descriptions given . If new, the keyboard will carry a warranty. If used, be sure you bid on one which is confirmed as being in 100% working condition, comes with a Manual, Adaptor and a Return Option. Good luck.
