Yamaha psr 3000 - Middle key stopped working

the middle a key has stopped playing. How can this be fixed?

Dear Margaret: Your problem MIGHT be just dirt under the key. First try to reset(Initialize) the unit. If no change, blow out the PERIMETER of the key with (canned) compressed air, followed by a strong vacuuming. These two actions failing, I suggest you contact the following Yamaha operation and ask for a recommended tech near you.......................................
