Yamaha psr 260 keyboard - some notes no sound

Turned on my keyboard - psr 260 - and get no sound from four keys - annoying - why? can this be fixed?

My G and G Flat don't work for four octaves up!

Some notes no sound

I faced the same problem, I put my keyboard in an inverse position, and hit on all sides (backside of the keyboard) and now all the keys started working. I think it's due to some raster.
