Yamaha PSR 2000

Problem 1

some keys (08 nos) of my psr 2000 doesent have the touch response and one # key is not working at all what is the problem and i need the part nos of defective parts

Problem 2

Bottom of the display unit got some blue lines which i cant see some commands

Hi
I had the same problem.
It is the latex? pads under the keys.
Undo the screws on the back and the top lifts off.
The circuit board that runs the length of the keys comes off in two sections.
The pads are under the circuit board.
Check the nipples on the pads.
If you need new pads Yamaha sell them. (Australian $7.00 ea section).
Do not replace the screws but put every thing back together and check the response from each key.
It is not hard to do and you may have to play around with the pads if needed.
