Yamaha Motif setup

I have a Motif es 7 , a yamaha MG16/6fx mixing console, a phonic usb midi hub and a macbook 13.5 inch......How the hell do I hook all this up??

Please explain as if you were talking to a child, I have ADHD and get confused real easy.
