Yamaha MO8 - Saving file problems

(Guelph, Ontario, Canada)

I have attached both a hard drive and a flash drive and my YAMAHA M08 says that device isn't ready, and I can't save a song to my USB device. Any ideas about what might be the problem?

Problems with saving to USB
