Yamaha MO6 Glide/Guitar slide function

Hi,

I'm trying to get Guitar slide sound in MO6. I have to hit the keyboard very very hard to get the slide sound. Is there any way to make it easier to sound guitar slide?

Dear Taj: I am not familiar with the MO 6, but if it has a TOUCH selector, and you set it for Soft, you may not have to hit the keys as hard. If this does not work out, lets hope some other owner of the same unit has a correct solution. Come back with a post with additional comments/questions. Stay well.

Harmony and Touch-limit

Hi Taj,

I am also not familiar with you piano but in my keyboard the adjustments for this effect are found under:
Function - Harmony - and there you have to adjust the Volume for the effect and also Touch-limit.
Not sure this is exactly the same in your piano but knowing Yamaha a bit it must be close enough to find it.
