lost power cord

My mom moved houses and lost the power cord for her Yamaha keyboard PS-6100 --

yamaha mm 6 keys problem

i have an mm 6 synthand i have a problem with the half keys.the c 3 didn't work and the second octave make a clacking noise.i guess i must change the rubber which made the key contact .tks . for the answer
