Yamaha EZ 200 - Upload lesson file to the keyboard?

I want to know if i can create a file and upload it to the keyboard, and have it light up the keys in lesson mode.

What file format is used for the lighted key lessons?

Most keyboards, and so is the EZ-200 (I've got one too) are using the MIDI format. You should try this. And you also need an MIDI-USB Interface, for example the official yamaha one, the uX16.
