Yamaha CP300 - Dead B1 Key

A little over a year ago i've bought a CP300. Since it was the best of it's kind regarding clean piano sound. The problem however is that last week i've discovered that the B1 keys is dead. When I press it, it sometimes responds and sometimes remains dead.
Is this a common problem? Can I claim this as Warranty, even after a year?

Dead b1 is covered, maybe.

The CP300 is covered under warranty for three years. Any Yamaha dealer with a repair shop can fix it. The warranty:

So, unless you beat that B1 to death, I think you'll be covered.
