Yamaha Clavinova CVP-206 foot pedal noise

Suddenly my clavinova cvp-206 makes a clunking noise when I use the foot pedal. Anyone know how to fix this or why this happened?

Dear Carol: "Clunk" at the Speakers (Electronic) may indicate problem with internal circuitry. If
"clunk" is at opening at the foot of your unit, (Physical)it may indicate a worn noise suppressor pad. Either case requires the attention of a qualified technician. DO NOT ATTEMPT ANY REPAIR BY YOUSELF. Good luck.

my pedal wont work

Guys, i know, without pedal, my playing wont be beautiful :( just want to ask. why my Clavinova 206 pedal are not working? it wont give a long soung. Is there any settings that can make my pedal works?
