Yamaha Clavinova CLP-240 frozen keyboard despite reboot

Hi, my Clavinova CLP-240 was working fine until one day when the whole keyboard control panel froze. It's currently stuck on Grand pinao 1 mode, "normal" brilliance, reverb "hall 1", touch "medium", and DDE = ON. Nothing else works...demo, metronome, etc. I did try doing the factory reboot by turning it off, holding down the highest key, then turning back on without success.

How do I get it to work again?
