Yamaha Clavinova CLP Digital Piano - CLP230, CLP280
The video begins with Peter Baartmans playing a beautiful song on the Yamaha CLP 230. He then ventures to talk about the Graded Hammer keyboard (GH3 keyboard) feature. He explains what GH3 is all about and how important it is. He then talks about the CLP280'S GH3 Natural Wood keyboard.
He mentions the CLP240 and CLP280's dynamic levels. He plays the Yamaha Clavinova CLP 280 to show how dynamic the piano sound is. He talks about the various sounds of the instruments and ventures to play some of them, starting with the E piano. He then plays a harpsichord sound, followed by nylon guitar, pipe organ, synth pad, piano and strings, bass and piano split, and bass and cymbal.
He then shows how the built in sequencer of the CLP 280 works. He plays/records a beautiful jazzy progression and saves it. He goes on to play a jazz organ sound with the recorded track.
He talks about the two headphone connectors and how it helps for playing quietly at night, and with another piano player. He makes reference to the USB To Device and how one can easily use a memory stick to save data. One can use external sequences with this Yamaha piano and play along with them. One can easily interface with a computer.
